We are no longer taking t-shirt orders
See you in August!
HODGES FAMILY, the reunion is only a few months away.
Have you reserved your hotel room or made other sleeping arrangements? Have you sent in your fee? The date for regular registration was extended to 15 June. Late registration has begun and cost $25 more per family unit. This year’s event is catered, so we must have accurate counts. If we do not receive your registration fee, we will not be ordering meals for you.
Have you been spreading the word to rest of the Hodges clan?
Hodges Reunion T-Shirts: We have beautiful T-shirts this year. We’re taking orders through July 10. Use the Reunion Registration form to order T-Shirts.
It’s time to come up with a theme for our family reunion T-shirts, and we thought we’d invite the family to help come up with something..
Below are a few of the themes we’ve used in the past. Or if you think we should skip a theme and just go with Hodges Family Reunion 2015, that works, too!

You may have heard the rumors, and they are ALL true. It’s time to get serious and jump on the Hodges Family Reunion 2015 train. And do you know what that means? Time to reunite in beautiful, Decatur, IL!
Tanja Hodges and Deatri (Hodges) King-Bey are heading up the effort to bring this event together; however, Aaron Hodges is making all the decisions and doing most of the talking. He has chosen to stick with tradition and have the reunion the weekend of the Greater Decatur Celebration – so there will be tons of entertaining activities going on.
Schedule of Events:
Meet and Greet at the Homewood Suites by Hilton (Conference Area)
Friday, August 7, 2015 from 6pm-8pm
Appetizers, Chips, Cookies, and Soft drinks will be served. At 8pm people can either gather in the spacious great room and visit, or if you prefer the Greater Decatur Celebration will be in full swing downtown that evening.
Greater Decatur Celebration Day Parade in Downtown Decatur
Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 10 am until you want to leave
For those who are willing and able, we will gather downtown (in our Hodges Family Reunion T-shirts) to watch the parade. Then enjoy the sights and sounds of the celebration. Then you can spend the day enjoying time roaming the Celebration with your aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, cousins, and friends.
People to the Patio at Homewood Suites by Hilton
Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 11pm to 2pm
For those not attracted by the Celebration activities, we’ll host a more laid back afternoon gathering. Come and sit back on the patio, relax, enjoy a lunch, and engage in the art of conversation.
Family Dinner and a Short Program– Hodges Style (Place TBA)
Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm
We are planning a full catered meal (at 6 pm) with multiple main dish choices (a beef, a chicken, and a pasta); however, your response dictates where we can have it. We are a big family, so some places just won’t hold us all. We are going to need your early commitment (and fees) to make this work. And after the meal, you can head back to the hotel patio for some evening conversation and relaxation, or go downtown for more Celebration fun.
Sound like a blast? YOU BET IT DOES! So please, fill out the enclosed form and send in your fees as soon as you can. Regular registration ended June 15 and late registration began.
